If you are not satisfied with your order, we'd love to help!

At this time all sales are final.*

Due to the majority of our items being handmade in artisanal shops in Mexico, they are subject to limited availability for production and importation. This also includes our God is Good collection as they are made to order items.


However, please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team at official.conamorstore@gmail.com within 2 BUSINESS DAYS with a picture of defective item so we can get it sorted out for you and check eligibility for store credit or exchange only.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Please contact your local post office. If any shipments are returned as non-deliverable, the following shipping fee will be at customer's expense. 

We do not cancel orders after 1 hr of being placed as our fulfillment center works on orders right away.
